Glossary

Term	Meaning
Family	Group of rooms and devices; may include multiple members
Room	Monitoring space under a family; create with name and length/width; set ceiling height in Room settings
Feature zone / zone parameters	Rectangle on the room plan: suppression, dwell, intrusion, multi-person, leave, leave-room; max 20. The right panel edits type, enabled, center / size / bounds
Device serial	15 or 20 alphanumeric characters; first char B / C / D = vital / people-count / ceiling-fall
Orientation	Radar height, tilt, floor position and heading — must match the wall mount
Status LED	Device light language — see S3
